RRX
In a new type of train concept, Siemens Transportation combines the large amount of space offered by double-deck middle cars with the technical advantages of single-deck end cars.
The result with the Tricon signature and the product name Desiro HC (High Capacity) is used in a first large series for the RRX network, which is also newly created in the Rhine-Ruhr conurbation.
DOHA METRO
Initiated by the awarding of the football World Cup 2022 to Qatar, a new transport system was planned in Doha with the aim of managing this event in terms of transport and taking into account the growing need for mobility in the capital, which is overloaded with traffic.
Our design for the vehicles, created together with the in-house design team of the manufacturer KinkiSharyo, was able to assert itself in the global competition.
Inter City China
Tricon developed the exterior, interior and cockpit design for the China Railway CJ6 InterCity EMUs, which can reach a speed of 200 km/h.
The focus here is on the innovative front end, which boasts excellent aerodynamic performance and is reflected in the form of sharp structural lines.
